Service Description

Test Locations and Booking Policy

Frequent Test Locations: Port Adelaide, Firle, Park Holme, Elizabeth, and Kilkenny.

Weekend Surcharge: Additional fees apply for weekend bookings.

VORT Test Policy:

  • Vehicle On-Road Test (VORT) only. No refunds unless your requested time cannot be accommodated.
  • Online availability does not guarantee the spot.
  • Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment time.
  • No-Shows: Non-refundable once booked and missed.
  • Rescheduling: Changes to VORT dates incur a $150 fee after booking with the department.

Advertised times are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Lessons, Pre-VORT, and VORT tests are normally conducted in the Driving School’s vehicle.
Students may request to use their own vehicle, subject to approval and applicable terms (roadworthy, registered, insured, and compliant with DIT VORT requirements).

Once a VORT or Pre-VORT + VORT is confirmed and booked, no refunds apply, as DIT does not provide refunds once a test is booked.

All online bookings are non-refundable, except where we are unable to deliver the booked service or service area.

Dates, times, and locations depend on instructor and examiner availability and may change. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if required.

Driving lesson cancellations within 96 hours (4 days) of the booking will incur the full lesson fee.
No-shows for lessons or tests will result in forfeiture of fees paid.
